Phenomenal French countertenor Philippe Jaroussky has captured the attention of music lovers everywhere, including Cecilia Bartoli, who said, "There is a beauty in his phrasing and a delicacy, if not fragility in his soul, that touches the listener profoundly." He joins Apollo's Fire, among the finest of American Baroque orchestras, for a journey through the gamut of human emotions, as experienced through the roles created for the great castrato singers of the 18th century.
