The perfect introduction to the performing arts for the entire family! Ages 16 and under save 50% on single ticket prices to these specially designated matinees.
By special arrangement with the Russian Ministry of Culture, the famed Moscow Circus arrives at Cal Performances with the thrilling A Russian Winter's Tale. The fun begins before you even enter the theater, with a foyer fi lled with Russian musicians, clowns, costumed performers, and dancers. Narrated by a mythical Russian "Winter Queen," the show itself is based on centuries-old Russian traditions and features human puppets and ornate costumes and backdrops. This dramatic fable combines drama, cultural history, and (best of all!) the excitement and entertainment that can only be created by some of the greatest circus performers on earth!
