Richard Goode, piano

Hailed for music-making of unequaled emotional power and sensitivity, pianist Richard Goode probes the inner reaches of works by any composer, making his artistry an exciting combination of grandness and humility, boldness and depth. In a career packed with memorable concerts and recordings, he has won a large and devoted following. Goode is renowned as one of the preeminent Beethoven interpreters of our time, and in this recital will perform the master's beloved Moonlight Sonata. His performances of Bach, Mozart, Brahms, Schubert, Chopin, Debussy, and others have received unqualified praise, as well.
