The art of Chinese acrobatics draws on an ancient history that began more than 2,500 years ago when it first captured the attention of China's powerful emperors. Today, the Golden Dragon Acrobats represent the best of this time-honored tradition. The company has traveled to over 65 countries on five continents and is recognized internationally as one of the premiere Chinese acrobatic touring companies. Its performances are spellbinding events, in which renowned impresario Danny Chang and choreographer Angela Chang combine award-winning acrobatics, ancient and modern music, traditional dance, spectacular costumes, and dazzling theatrical techniques. "There is a precision and beauty about everything these performers do" (Washington Post).
