Helpful Ordering Hints
  • If you are not already logged in to our site, you will be prompted to do so first before beginning your order. Simply log in if you already have an online account with Cal Performances and follow the instructions from there. If you are a first time visitor to Cal Performances' web site, click on "register" at the top of the page under "Please Log In" and take just a few short minutes to set up your account.

  • During the subscription purchase process, please do not use your browser's back button to return to a previous screen. Instead, utilize the "back" or "remove" buttons provided on each page to make changes to your order before placing it in your shopping cart.

  • It is important to review each screen carefully as you build your subscription. Please note that if you want to make changes to a subscription in your order after you have taken the final step of adding to your shopping cart, including changing quantity, event or price selection, you must remove that subscription from your cart and start over again to re-build it.

  • You must have a subscription in your cart before you can add additional discount tickets. If you plan on adding on additional events to your Series subscription with your new Subscriber-A add- Oon 10% discount as part of your initial order, or want to purchase additional seats to one or more of your Choose-Your-Own event selections, be sure to place your initial subscription order into your shopping cart first. Then press the "continue shopping" button to easily add extra events or additional seats to a particular performance at your subscriber discount.

  • Please note: Select your own seating is not available for 2009/10 Subscriptions purchased before July 26, 2009. Subscription seating is completed by our Ticket Office during this time on a first-come, first-served basis according to the priority ordering dates listed below with priority for the most desirable seat locations is given to our most generous donors. [Donor levels and benefits.]

  • Ordering deadlines (to receive your priority within each category):
    • May 20: Producers Circle Donors of $1,200+
    • June 5: Donors of $600+ and Renewing Subscribers
    • June 12: Email Club Members
    • June 26: New Subscribers

  • Note that because you will be asked to select a seating section/price choice for each performance in your subscription package as part of the process, it is now possible to mix and match pricing sections for different performances when building both your Series or Choose-Your-Own Subscription. Price selections shown for each individual event are at the subscription discounted price per section.

  • Subscription tickets for the 2009/10 Season will be mailed in mid-July 2009. Please note that ticket exchanges are available beginning July 25, 2009.
