Reserved Parking
As a service to our donors at the $600 Benefactor level and above, we offer the opportunity to purchase reserved parking for our performances. Reserved parking passes can be purchased for $18 per event through the Cal Performances Development Department. Please refer to the Benefits of Giving for complete information about parking benefits at the varying donor levels.
All parking spots are reserved in the closest parking lot to the concert hall on the UC Berkeley campus. For performances in Zellerbach Hall or Wheeler Auditorium, reserved parking vouchers are available for the MLK Student Union Garage. For concerts in Hertz Hall, reserved parking passes are available for the Bancroft Structure, and for performances at First Congregational Church parking spots can be reserved in the Dana-Durant lot. Click here for a location map and additional parking suggestions.
Prior to the season opening in September, we mail out an information packet that includes a parking reservation form. Expect to receive the packet in mid-August and fill-out the parking reservation form. Return the form to us so that we can book your reserved spots for the entire season. You will be mailed a parking pass for each performance for which you would like to reserve a spot. Please show this pass to the parking attendant at the garage entrance, and let them know that your name is on the parking guest list.
If you have reserved parking questions, or wish to purchase additional reserved parking passes throughout the season, please phone the Producers Circle Information line at 510.642.8653 or email donate calperfs.berkeley.edu.
Please note that in order to accommodate your parking requests we need at least 72 hours, or three working days, notice. All parking lots are managed by UC Berkeley's Parking and Transportation Department and their guidelines mandate that our reservations must be made at least three working days in advance of an event.
VIP Ticket Services
As a thank you to our generous donors, we offer many ticket privileges including priority subscription processing, and a single ticket pre-sale period before tickets go on sale to the general public. For information about these pre-sale windows, please visit: http://www.calperfs.berkeley.edu/presents/ticket_office/how_to_order.php
Please note that our most generous donors are seated first, and that we recommend a donation of $2,500 to guarantee your preferred seating selections. Furthermore, subscription orders received from donors of $600 or more are processed in advance of all other subscription orders, and we recommend this level of donation for priority subscription seating consideration.
